Add an Invoice to a Proposal

Whether a client forgot to mention a service during discovery or you need to add an additional invoice, ad-hoc invoicing makes it quick and easy to bill for one-off work.


1. Click on Payments

Click on Payments

2. Click on Manual Invoicing

Click on Manual Invoicing

3. Click on + Create Invoice

Click on + Create Invoice

4. Navigate to the drop down to open up Clients

Click on Open

5. Click on your desired client to add an invoice

Click on Irene Seelig (Irene's Business Co)

6. Navigate to the drop down to open up Proposals

Click on ​

7. Select the existing proposal you wish to add the invoice to.

Click on Tax + Bookkeeping + Advisory - P-000457

8. If you want this invoice to automatically be processed by AccountGroove on a give date toggle on Automatically

Check on

9. Enter the Name of the Service and Amount for the invoice and hit Save

Thats it! Once the invoice is added to the proposal, this ensures all work is billed accurately without disrupting existing subscriptions or billing schedules.
